- Part Two: "Using Fiction to Get at the Truth" - During the second session, author of A Love Letter to New Orleans and Grammy Award-winner Irvin Mayfield interviewed Louisiana literary master Ernest J. Gaines. The program was introduced and moderated by playwright and novelist Hal Clark, who also hosts WYLD-FM's award-winning talk show "Sunday Journal."
